Preparation
  1. Prepare the pancake mix according to the package instructions.
  2. Cook small pancakes on a griddle until golden brown and fluffy.
  3. Cook the sausage patties in a pan until fully browned.
  4. Prepare the eggs by scrambling or frying them based on your preference.
Assembly
  1. Place one pancake on the bottom, add a sausage patty, a slice of cheese, and prepared eggs.
  2. Top with another pancake.
  3. Serve warm, with optional syrup for dipping.

Notes

For best results, make pancakes small and evenly sized, serve immediately for best texture, and consider adding a drizzle of maple syrup directly into the pancake batter for extra flavor. Bacon can be substituted for sausage.
