  • 1 cup mango juice Use ripe mango juice for a sweeter flavor.
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk Coconut milk adds creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit, diced Fresh dragon fruit offers the best taste.
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or lemonade Top the drink for a fizzy kick.
  • 1 cup Ice cubes Add more for a colder drink.
  • to taste Mint leaves for garnish Optional garnish for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mango juice and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the diced dragon fruit to the mixture and gently stir.
Serving
  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mango mixture over the ice.
  2. Top with sparkling water or lemonade.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a day. However, the drink is best enjoyed fresh. The fizz from the sparkling water or lemonade may go flat over time.
