- In a blender, combine the mango juice and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add the diced dragon fruit to the mixture and gently stir.
Serving
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mango mixture over the ice.
- Top with sparkling water or lemonade.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a day. However, the drink is best enjoyed fresh. The fizz from the sparkling water or lemonade may go flat over time.
