Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade
  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
Coating
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika Add more spices like garlic powder, onion powder, or cayenne pepper for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour and paprika.
  4. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting the excess drip off, then coat it with the flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. Enjoy hot and crispy.

Notes

You can serve this chicken with sides like coleslaw, mashed potatoes, or corn on the cob for a complete meal. For dipping, ranch or barbecue sauce works great.
