Ingredients for the Dragon Drink
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray Cran-Mango juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (Thai Kitchen or similar) Use thicker coconut milk for a creamier texture.
  • 2–3 tbsp freeze-dried dragon fruit Crush if desired for extra color.
  • 1 cup Ice About 1 cup of ice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by adding the freeze-dried dragon fruit to a glass and lightly crushing it if you want extra color.
  2. Fill the glass with about 1 cup of ice.
  3. Pour the cran-mango juice over the ice and stir gently.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and stir until the drink turns a creamy pink-purple color.
  5. Add extra dragon fruit pieces on top and serve with a straw. For a deeper pink color, let the dragon fruit sit in the juice for a minute before adding the coconut milk.

Notes

Serve chilled in a clear glass to show off its beautiful color. Pair with snacks for an even better experience. Drink is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
