- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the unwrapped Kraft Traditional Caramels, Land O’Lakes Butter, and milk. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Stir the Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Chips into the hot caramel mixture until completely melted and glossy.
- Gently fold the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal into the chocolate-caramel mixture until every piece is coated.
- Drop large spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet and gently press them into flat, round cookie shapes.
- Let sit at room temperature until completely set and chewy.
Notes
For easier mixing, microwave the caramel mixture a bit longer if needed. Fold the cereal gently to avoid crushing it. Adjust chocolate or caramel amount based on preference. Store cookies in an airtight container to keep fresh for about a week.
