- Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking
- Preheat your dehydrator or oven to 160°F (70°C).
- Arrange the marinated beef strips on the dehydrator trays or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Dehydrate or bake the beef for 4-6 hours, or until it reaches your desired level of dryness.
- Let the jerky cool before storing it in an airtight container.

Store in an airtight container. Stays fresh for 1-2 weeks at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze.
