Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon and shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mixing the Sauce
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and lemon juice.
Baking
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and add the shrimp around them.
- Pour the herb butter mix over everything.
- Top the dish with lemon slices, then bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp is pink.
- Drizzle with olive oil and spoon any extra sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
Best served hot with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Garnish with extra parsley or lemon wedges. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
