  • 3 pieces salmon fillets
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
Herb Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 pieces lemon, sliced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemons lemon juice
  • to taste to taste Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon and shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Mixing the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and lemon juice.
Baking
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and add the shrimp around them.
  2. Pour the herb butter mix over everything.
  3. Top the dish with lemon slices, then bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp is pink.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and spoon any extra sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

Best served hot with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Garnish with extra parsley or lemon wedges. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
