  • 3 oz immune boost tea of your choice Choose a tea that supports immune health.
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or monkfruit syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 2 oz orange juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 oz lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger Use fresh ginger for vibrant flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric Adds anti-inflammatory benefits.
  • Pinch black pepper Enhances turmeric's absorption.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew the tea and add the honey while the tea is still warm. Stir until fully mixed and then chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a shaker, combine the chilled tea, orange juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, ground turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper with some ice.
  3. Shake well until everything is mixed.
  4. Pour over ice into a short tumbler.
  5. Garnish with a piece of orange and/or a rose sugar rim for an extra touch.

Notes

Serve immediately after shaking for the best flavor and freshness. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though it's best enjoyed fresh. For variations, consider adding fruits like pineapple or berries, or a splash of club soda for fizz.
