Preparation and Coating
- Flatten the chicken breast to about half an inch thick.
- Roll the chicken in seasoned flour.
- Dip the chicken in beaten egg.
- Roll the chicken in breadcrumbs.
- For a crunchier coating, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
- Spray the coated chicken with a little oil.
Cooking
- Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 14 minutes, turning halfway through.
Notes
Serve hot with a fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or whole grain sides. A slice of lemon or your favorite dipping sauce adds extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
