Sauces

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry until it has wilted and softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the low sodium soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the ingredients evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Notes
