Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.
