  • 1 container (8-oz) whipped topping, thawed

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  3. If desired, mix in shredded coconut and mini marshmallows for added texture.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve in individual cups or a large bowl. Garnish with shredded coconut or pineapple chunks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
