- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with juice) and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- If desired, mix in shredded coconut and mini marshmallows for added texture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serve in individual cups or a large bowl. Garnish with shredded coconut or pineapple chunks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
