  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh, canned, or frozen (drained) can be used.
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries are best.
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh blueberries recommended.
Cream Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can substitute with cool whip or non-dairy option.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks, sliced strawberries, and blueberries to the mixture.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients without mashing the fruit.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
