Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer with sliced Hatch chiles and shredded cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.

- Cook until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese melts.
