Stromboli Ingredients
  • 1 piece Pizza dough Fresh or store-bought
  • 8 oz Deli ham Sliced
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard or honey mustard For spreading on dough
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter For brushing on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread Dijon or honey mustard over the dough.
  4. Layer with deli ham and Swiss cheese.
  5. Roll the dough tightly to form a log and seal the edges.
  6. Brush melted butter over the top of the stromboli.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm, sliced into pieces, and pairs well with marinara sauce for dipping or a fresh green salad. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
