Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread Dijon or honey mustard over the dough.
- Layer with deli ham and Swiss cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly to form a log and seal the edges.
- Brush melted butter over the top of the stromboli.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm, sliced into pieces, and pairs well with marinara sauce for dipping or a fresh green salad. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
