  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 avocado

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until creamy.
  3. Pour the green smoothie into tall glasses and enjoy.

Notes

Serve the smoothie fresh for the best taste. You can top it with a slice of apple or a few spinach leaves for a nice presentation. If using leftovers, store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but note that it may separate.
