  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or bread dough You can also use 1 lb of frozen bread dough, thawed.
Cheese and Chiles
  • 1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese You can mix different cheeses for richer flavor.
  • 1 cup roasted chopped green chiles Use either mild or hot chiles based on preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the dough pieces with the chopped green chiles and cheese.
  5. Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish, layering as needed.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
