- Wash the grapes and cut them in half if they are large.
- In a large bowl, combine the grapes, chopped pecans, and mini marshmallows.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the grape mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Grape salad is best served cold. For added sweetness, drizzle extra honey on top before serving. Garnish with whole grapes or mint leaves for a beautiful presentation. Store in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
