Preparation
- Break the graham crackers into long sticks.
- Spread a layer of marshmallow creme on one side of a graham cracker stick and sandwich it with another stick.
- Place the assembled sticks in the freezer for 20 minutes (don’t skip this step!).
Chocolate Dipping
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and shortening together until smooth.
- Dip each frozen s’mores stick halfway into the melted chocolate.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to a week. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
