Main Ingredients
  • 1 package 1 family-size yellow package Nabisco Golden Oreos
  • 2 boxes 2 (3.4oz) boxes Jell-O Banana Cream Instant Pudding mix
  • 3 cups 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed) Thaw completely for easy mixing.
  • 3 pieces 3 fresh bananas (sliced) Use ripe yet firm bananas.
  • 1 lb 1 lb fresh strawberries (sliced) Can be replaced with other berries.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk the cold milk and Jell-O Banana Cream Pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  2. Let it stand for 5 minutes, then fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is light and creamy.
Layering
  1. Line a 9x13 glass baking dish with a single, tight layer of Nabisco Golden Oreos.
  2. Top the cookies with an even layer of sliced fresh bananas and sliced fresh strawberries.
  3. Spread half of the banana pudding fluff over the fruit.
  4. Repeat the layers with another layer of cookies, fruit, and pudding.
  5. Crush the remaining Golden Oreos and sprinkle them heavily over the top.
Chilling
  1. Chill for 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled in bowls. Best to eat within 3 days for optimal texture. Can add crushed walnuts or pecans for added crunch.
