  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Crushed crackers or panko can be used as substitutes.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melt before mixing with breadcrumbs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to personal preference.
  • Optional: chopped herbs (like parsley or basil) For added flavor and garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mix on top of the pasta mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Golden Cheesy Bake is best served hot from the oven. Pair it with a side salad for a complete meal. Customizations include adding cooked vegetables like spinach or mixing in cooked chicken or bacon.
