  • 2 pieces golden beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pieces banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 4 pieces mandarin oranges, peeled
  • 1 pieces lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
Toppings (optional)
  • to taste grated carrot
  • to taste hemp seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and add any optional toppings like grated carrot or hemp seeds.

Notes

Serve chilled and best consumed fresh. If separating occurs, re-blend before drinking. Various toppings can be added for extra texture and nutrition.
