Ingredients
  

Meat Mixture
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 250 g ground pork
Vegetables and Seasoning
  • 1 unit onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 unit egg
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Frying
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and pork together.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Serve warm with your choice of sides.

Notes

Make sure not to over-mix the meat mixture, as this can make the patties tough. For extra flavor, you can add herbs like parsley or thyme to the mixture. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. A little paprika or cayenne can add a nice kick!
