  • 100 grams Pickles (gherkin, dill, or sweet) Use small bowls or place directly on the board.
  • 1 loaf Fresh bread (like baguette or rye) Slice and place around the edges.
  • 200 grams Fresh fruits (grapes, apples, or figs) Seasonal fruits add freshness.
  • 100 grams Nuts (almonds or walnuts) Scatter in empty spaces.
  • 100 grams Mustard or other dips Use small bowls for variety.
  • a few Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) Garnish to enhance appearance.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Select a large wooden board or platter.
  2. Arrange the cold cuts in one section, folding or rolling them for a nice presentation.
  3. Place the various cheeses next to the cold cuts. Cut them into slices or cubes for easy serving.
  4. Add pickles in small bowls or directly onto the board.
  5. Slice the fresh bread and place it around the edges of the board.
  6. Add pieces of fresh fruit and scatter nuts in empty spaces.
  7. Include small bowls of mustard or dips for variety.
  8. Lastly, garnish with fresh herbs to make the board look appealing.

Notes

Serve with an assortment of plates and napkins. Pair with beer or white wine for an enjoyable experience. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator, best consumed within a few days.
