Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, plain or with fresh fruits, chocolate sauce, or powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Adjust sugar to taste for sweetness.
