Method
 

Apple Rose Garnish
  1. Peel a long strip from a red apple and roll it tightly.
  2. Thread it onto a cocktail pick along with a mint leaf.
Cucumber Flowers
  1. Cut a small piece of cucumber and make a hole in the center.
  2. Thinly slice additional cucumber pieces, roll them together, and insert them into the cucumber base to create a flower shape.
Lemon Twists
  1. Cut a thin slice of lemon.
  2. Make a small cut through the rind and twist it around a skewer.
Strawberry Rose
  1. Place a strawberry on a skewer.
  2. Make angled cuts around the strawberry to form petals and gently fan them out.
Citrus Hearts
  1. Peel and cut citrus rind.
  2. Thread it onto a skewer in a heart shape.

Notes
