  • 1 red apple Red apple
  • a handful Mint leaves
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber
  • 1 lemon Lemon
  • 1 strawberry Strawberry

Method
 

Apple Rose Garnish
  1. Peel a long strip from a red apple using a vegetable peeler.
  2. Roll it tightly and thread it onto a cocktail pick.
  3. Add a mint leaf to the pick.
  4. If made in advance, squeeze lemon juice on the apple to prevent browning.
Cucumber Flowers
  1. Cut a small piece of cucumber and create a hole in the middle.
  2. Thinly slice 10 pieces of cucumber and roll them tightly.
  3. Insert one end into the cucumber base and fan out to form a flower.
Lemon Twists
  1. Cut a thin slice of lemon.
  2. Slice through the rind and remove the flesh, leaving a long piece of rind.
  3. Twist it around a skewer and hold it over a glass to release citrus oils.
Strawberry Rose Drink Garnish
  1. Place a strawberry on a skewer.
  2. Make angled cuts at the base, repeat in the middle, and make cuts at the tip, then fan out the petals.
Citrus Hearts
  1. Peel two slices of citrus rind, cut them to size if needed, and thread them onto a cocktail pick to form a heart shape.
