  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is preferable.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve as a dipping sauce for wings or vegetables.
