  • 2 pieces eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs can use panko for extra crispiness
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, either plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
