Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dip each smashed chicken breast in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs mixed with ranch seasoning and Parmesan.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
- Serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. To reheat, place it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. You can also reheat it in the microwave, but it may not stay as crispy.
