Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the cooked lasagna noodles in half and lay them in muffin tins to form cups.
- Fill each noodle cup with the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Drizzle marinara sauce over the top of each cup.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm. Pairs well with side salad or garlic bread. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
