Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound rotini pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 2 jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. If you prefer a creamier consistency, add a small amount of reserved pasta water and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove foil and broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a golden, crispy cheese top.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcook pasta before baking. Use high-quality cheese for better flavor. Add pasta water to control creaminess. Let it rest before serving for best texture.
