- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
- If you prefer a creamier consistency, add a small amount of reserved pasta water and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove foil and broil for 2–3 minutes to achieve a golden, crispy cheese top.
- Let it rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook pasta before baking. Use high-quality cheese for better flavor. Add pasta water to control creaminess. Let it rest before serving for best texture.
