Garlic Parm Mozzarella Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package Pizza dough or crescent dough Store-bought dough can be used to save time.
Cheese
  • 8 sticks Mozzarella string cheese
Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup Garlic butter Can be enhanced with herbs like oregano or basil.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza or crescent dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into strips and place a mozzarella string cheese in each strip.
  4. Roll the dough around the cheese to create a roll-up.
  5. Brush the roll-ups with garlic butter.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm right out of the oven, great with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven.
