Cooking the Steaks
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

- In the same skillet, add the rice and toast it for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
Serving
- Serve the cheesy rice with the garlic butter steaks on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness, aiming for 130°F for medium-rare. Add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
