For Garlic Butter Steak
  • 2 pieces beef steaks (500–600 g total) Choose your preferred cut.
  • 40 g butter Use unsalted butter for better control of saltiness.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended.
  • 1 tbsp oil For frying.
  • Salt & black pepper To taste.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a very hot skillet.
  3. Cook the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the butter and garlic to the skillet.
  5. Spoon the butter mixture over the steaks as they finish cooking.
  6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
