  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
For the rice
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Method
 

Cooking the Rice
  1. In a saucepan, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the rice and cook according to the package instructions.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
Serving the Dish

Notes
