Ingredients
  

For the shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter Unsalted is preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste
For the rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice Any variety can be used, but white or brown rice is recommended
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is best
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream Adjust for desired creaminess

Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and fully cooked.
  2. Stir in the cooked rice, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream, mixing until everything becomes creamy and heated through.
  3. Serve immediately while warm and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Don’t overcook shrimp to keep them tender. Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor. Add lemon juice for freshness.
