  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • 4 ears corn, halved
  • 1 pound baby potatoes Regular potatoes can be substituted with sweet potatoes for a sweeter flavor.
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning Feel free to adjust seasoning based on preference.
  • 1 lemon, juiced Lemon wedges can be added for serving.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, add water, salt, and potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning.
  5. Drain the pot and pour shrimp, corn, and potatoes onto a large serving platter.
  6. Drizzle with garlic butter sauce and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave to avoid overcooking the shrimp. You can prep ingredients a few hours ahead for convenience.
