Preparation
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper.
Cooking
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Gently add the seasoned salmon fillet to the pan.
- Cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side, spooning the melted butter over the salmon as it cooks.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Baking Option
- Alternatively, bake the salmon in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes.
Air Fryer Option
- Use an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with steamed vegetables or rice. A squeeze of lemon juice enhances flavors. Store leftovers properly.
