  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted for better control of saltiness
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic preferred for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is recommended
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm as a main dish over rice or with crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently.
