- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the prawns to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
