  • 1 lb Ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 can Crescent roll dough Follow package instructions for preparation.
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese Can substitute with American or pepper jack cheese.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced garlic for sautéing.
  • 2 tbsp Butter For sautéing garlic and beef.
  • to taste Seasoning (salt, pepper, etc.) Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to crescent roll package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Roll out crescent roll dough and cut into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture and a slice of cheddar cheese at the wide end of the triangle and roll it up.
  6. Place the rollups on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. You can also freeze unbaked rollups for up to 2 months.
