Watermelon Salad
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
Grape Salad
  • 2 pounds green grapes
  • 2 pounds red grapes
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pecans chopped
Snickers Salad
  • 6 Granny Smith apples chopped
  • 6 pieces Snickers candy bars chopped
  • 1 cup Gala apples, chopped
Waldorf Salad
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Taffy Apple Salad
  • 20 ounces pineapple with juice
  • 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 cups red apples, chopped
  • 2 cups green apples, chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts

Method
 

Watermelon Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, feta cheese, and mint leaves.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  4. Chill before serving.
Grape Salad
  1. Wash and dry the grapes.
  2. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in the grapes and top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
  4. Chill before serving.
Snickers Salad
  1. Toss the chopped apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix with milk until thick.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip, then mix this with the apples and chopped Snickers.
  4. Drizzle with caramel before serving.
Waldorf Salad
  1. Mix the chopped apples with lemon juice.
  2. Add the chopped celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the heavy whipping cream, mayonnaise, and sugar, then fold this mixture into the fruit.
  4. Chill before serving.
Taffy Apple Salad
  1. Combine the pineapple with juice and the pudding mix in a bowl.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip, then add chopped apples, mini marshmallows, and peanuts.
  3. Chill before serving.
