Ingredients
  

Watermelon Salad
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Use ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced Fresh cucumber adds a nice crunch.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves Fresh mint enhances the flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice Fresh lime juice is recommended.
Grape Salad
  • 2 pounds green grapes
  • 2 pounds red grapes
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pecans Chopped pecans for topping.
Snickers Salad
  • 6 Granny Smith apples chopped Chop and toss with lemon juice.
  • 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip Substitute with whipped cream if preferred.
  • 6 Snickers candy bars chopped
Waldorf Salad
  • 2 cups red apples, chopped
  • 2 cups green apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 20 ounces pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Taffy Apple Salad
  • 6 Granny Smith apples chopped
  • 1 cup Gala apples, chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts

Method
 

Watermelon Salad
  1. In a large bowl, add the watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and mint leaves.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss gently, and chill before serving.
Grape Salad
  1. Wash and dry the grapes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold the grapes into the creamy mix.
  4. Top with brown sugar and pecans.
  5. Chill before serving.
Snickers Salad
  1. Toss chopped apples with a little lemon juice.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with milk until thick.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  4. Add the apples and chopped Snickers.
  5. Drizzle with caramel before serving.
Waldorf Salad
  1. Mix the chopped apples with lemon juice.
  2. Add celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  3. In a bowl, stir together the whipping cream, mayonnaise, and sugar.
  4. Fold the dressing into the fruit mixture and chill before serving.
Taffy Apple Salad
  1. Mix pineapple with pudding mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  3. Then add chopped apples, mini marshmallows, and peanuts.
  4. Stir gently and chill before serving.
