Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
Optional Additions
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional, for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
  2. Slice the strawberries and banana, and halve the grapes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the fruits together.
  4. If desired, drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruit.
  5. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined.
  6. Divide the fruit salad into containers for easy serving.

Notes

Serve chilled as a snack, light breakfast, or dessert. Best to keep bananas separate if storing to prevent browning. Choose seasonal fruits for best flavor. Avoid soft fruits if planning to store for a few days. Add mint for freshness.
