Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Base
  • 24 count pre-made sugar cookie dough cubes Follow package instructions for specific baking details.
For the Cream Cheese Filling
  • 1 block softened block of cream cheese Make sure to soften for easier mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Softened, to mix well with cream cheese.
For Topping
  • assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwis) Use any fruits of your choice.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the sugar cookie dough package instructions.
  2. Place the sugar cookie dough cubes into a muffin tin and bake according to the package instructions until golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Once the cookie cups have cooled, remove them from the muffin tin.
  2. Fill each cookie cup with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top with assorted fresh fruits.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve chilled. For extra sweetness, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or serve with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-3 days for best freshness.
