  • 1 tub cool whip Can substitute with whipped cream.
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.

For the fruit topping
  • 2 cup fruit of your choice (sliced grapes, kiwi, banana, strawberry, blueberries, cherries) Choose seasonal fruits for best taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten the sugar cookie dough into a big crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let the cookie crust cool completely.
Topping
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the cool whip until combined.
  3. Once the crust is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with slices of chosen fruits and additional toppings like nuts or chocolate chips, if desired.
