Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Can use flavored yogurt for a twist
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Choose ripe and fresh for best taste
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup granola

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the yogurt out into an even layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, blueberries, and granola on top.
  4. Freeze until solid, usually a few hours.
  5. Once frozen, chop or break the yogurt into pieces.
Serving
  1. Serve the yogurt bars straight from the freezer as a snack or dessert.
  2. Optionally, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with nuts for extra flavor.

Notes

Store in a Ziploc bag or airtight container in the freezer for a few weeks, best consumed within a week for optimal taste and texture. Experiment with other toppings like chocolate chips or shredded coconut.
