Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed (seeds removed) Use ripe, sweet watermelon for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut water or lemonade Coconut water adds nice flavor, but regular water works too.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to your taste.
  • as needed Ice (optional, for thicker consistency) Add if a thicker texture is preferred.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, cubed watermelon, and coconut water or lemonade.
  2. If desired, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
  3. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thicker texture, add some ice and blend again.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing slush!

Notes

You can serve the slush in tall glasses. A slice of watermelon or strawberries on the rim makes it look appealing. For a fun twist, add a cute straw or a tiny umbrella. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, but note it may lose texture after freezing.
