Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the mixed frozen fruit and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a suitable dish and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
