  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup milk Use cold for a frostier texture.
  • 1 cup water Use cold for a frostier texture.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 to 12 pieces ice cubes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the orange juice, milk, water, sugar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. With the blender running, add the ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in the lid.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed right after making it while it’s cold and frothy. Can garnish with a slice of orange or a maraschino cherry. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator and blend again before serving.
